1. General Provisions

3. Main Rights and Obligations of the Operator

- in case the personal data subject revokes consent for processing personal data, or submits a request to stop the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject if grounds are provided under the Personal Data Law;
- to independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to fulfill obligations stipulated by the Personal Data Law and regulations adopted in accordance with it, unless otherwise provided by the Personal Data Law or other federal laws.

3. Main Rights and Obligations of the Operator
- The Operator has the right:

- in case the data subject revokes consent for processing personal data, or submits a request to stop the processing of personal data, the Operator may continue processing such data without the subject’s consent if grounds are provided under the Personal Data Law;
- to independently determine the necessary and sufficient measures required to fulfill obligations stipulated by the Personal Data Law and regulations adopted in accordance therewith, unless otherwise provided by the Personal Data Law or other federal laws.
- The Operator is obliged:

4. Main Rights and Obligations of Personal Data Subjects
- Data subjects have the right:
- to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, except in cases provided by federal laws. Information is provided in an accessible format and must not contain personal data relating to other data subjects, unless legally justified. The list of such information and the procedure for its receipt are established by the Personal Data Law;
- to request clarification, blocking, or deletion of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing, and to take other protective measures provided by law;
- to require prior consent when processing personal data for the promotion of goods, works, and services on the market;

- Data subjects are obliged:

- Individuals who provide false information about themselves or disclose another person's personal data without consent are liable in accordance with Russian legislation.
5. Principles of Personal Data Processing
- Personal data processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.
- Processing of personal data is limited to achieving specific, previously defined, and legitimate purposes. Processing that is incompatible with the purposes of data collection is prohibited.
- Combining databases containing personal data processed for incompatible purposes is not allowed.
- Only personal data that corresponds to the purposes of processing shall be processed.

7. Conditions for Personal Data Processing

- Processing of personal data is necessary for the administration of justice, execution of a court decision, or decisions of other authorities or officials, which must be enforced in accordance with Russian legislation on enforcement proceedings.
- Processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract where the data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor, as well as for concluding a contract initiated by the data subject or one where the data subject will be a beneficiary or guarantor.

- User personal data will never be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, except in cases related to the execution of current legislation or if the data subject has given consent to the Operator for transferring data to a third party for the fulfillment of obligations under a civil law contract.

- The Operator performs automated processing of personal data with or without obtaining or transmitting information via telecommunications networks.
10. Transborder Transfer of Personal Data
- Before starting transborder transfer of personal data, the Operator must notify the authorized body for the protection of data subjects' rights about the intention to carry out such transfer. This notification is submitted separately from the notification of intent to process personal data.
- Before submitting the above notification, the Operator must obtain relevant information from foreign government bodies, foreign individuals, and foreign legal entities to whom the transborder transfer of personal data is planned.
11. Confidentiality of Personal Data
The Operator and other persons who gain access to personal data must not disclose it to third parties or disseminate it without the consent of the data subject, unless otherwise provided by federal law.
